Take a Minute to Reflect

Sometimes, figuring out what to do with your life can be an upward struggle. Remind yourself that the pressure to be sorted might be overwhelming, yet you're never alone. Reflect for a moment. It may be just reflection to bring clarity to you about which direction feels in alignment with your true self.

Find out what your interests are

Now that you have reflected upon yourself, it is time to start finding out more about your interests. Try new things, volunteer, or take classes in areas that interest you. From art to coding to hiking, exposure to different experiences will allow you to figure out what you like doing. Also, being exposed to a variety of experiences may present passions that you never knew you had.

Set Small Goals

Once you get an idea of what really appeals to your interest, it would be very facilitating to set small and achievable objectives. This might range from commitment to a regular class, maintaining a blog related to your passion, or even attending networking events so that people with similar interests are met. Not only will these little victories build up their confidence inside, but they also leads the path to making huge decisions in the future. Remember, it is a journey to decide what you want to do with your life, and one that will most likely change as you continue to grow.

Remember, this is one of those things that does take time. Life has its ups and downs; choices determine the person you are becoming. One can learn to love the uncertainty of life, seek out opportunities, and treat themselves kindly, above all, as one works out what they want to do with their life.
